Our Studio
Located in the heart of Vancouver, in City Square Mall with access to groceries, coffee, and a food court. There is plenty of underground parking which can be validated by the studio for 2 hours.
Within the mall, we are located in the South-West corner - near West 12th Avenue and Ash Street. With an annex studio in the West Tower on level 4.
The Raincity dance space offers four bright spacious studios with Marley flooring, equiped with sound systems, full length mirrors and fixed ballet barres.
Studio Rentals
We offer studio bookings on a one time or recurring basis. The entire facility can also be rented upon request.
Regular operating hours:
Monday - Thursday from 11am - 9pm
Friday 4pm -9pm
Saturdays 10am - 5pm
We are closed during school breaks (Spring, Summer, and Winter Breaks) as well as Statutory holidays. An additional fee of $15/h applies to bookings outside of regular operating hours, and are subject to staff availability. Fees listed are not including tax.
No outside shoes are permitted in Studio 1 or 2 at any time.

* Directions to Studio 4 Annex - Exit the studio and turn left. Keep right until you find the west tower elevators. Go to the 4th floor. Studio 4 is in unit 460, across from the bathrooms.
