Camps & Workshops

Workshops in new genres are offered throughout the season and we host seminars to support our dancers health and fitness.


In the Summer, we offer week long summer camps as well as a shortened Summer Season. 


Injury Prevention in Dance Workshop

Registered students 7 -18 years

Physio Chelsea and Alyssa from Kids Physio Group - Cambie are excited to provide a presentation on injury prevention in dance. Both Chelsea and Alyssa have backgrounds in competitive dance and have helped many artistic athletes recover from injuries and helped optimize their performance.

During the presentation they’ll cover the following topics:
- Injury prevention in dance
- Common dance injuries
- The importance of a warm-up and cool down
- When to seek out physiotherapy

Sunday, September 10, 4-5 PM - RSVP required 


Stretch & Conditioning Class - ongoing

Registered students 7+

A complementary class teaching stretching techniques to increase flexibility as well as dance specific conditioning exercises to support their bodies in the rigours of dance training. 

Offered in studio and online (via Zoom) at the same time.

A variety of day camps are offered throughout the summer. Introducing various styles and techniques in a fun and immersive environment.

A short 6 week dance season offered to maintain skills and technique or try new genres.
